where we come from

Starting out as choreographer and model in the 80s and 90s, Uwe Maahs and Martina Dieckmann founded the company M. Regie in 2001.

Through the cross-generational idea of a network and the demand for excellence and trust, the company has succeeded in establishing itself as one of the largest of its kind in the industry - and passing it on to the next generation.

COMMUNICATION IS THE HEART OF OUR WORK

Our focus is on leading people and having a strong understanding of teams. This focus is expressed in the claim: “Directing with esprit”.

For us, Esprit means managing the event close to the action and with full commitment.

We not only work from the workplace on the technology, but above all on the stage.

We are closer to the customer, closer to the protagonists, closer to the action.

We lead people first, then the machine.

Security and professionalism in event directing as well as optimal interface coordination are core elements of our daily work.

We ensure the successful implementation of stage events by managing all involved people and trades.

where it's going

As part of the next generation, Alexander Maahs, Benjamin Waldow and Nicolai Maahs were able to learn the craft of event directing from the start under Uwe and Martina.

For several years they have been overseeing the M. Regie events on their own, steadily increasing. They now have a large portfolio of experience in the industry - nationally and internationally, on site and via streaming, in front of and behind the stage, on small and large stages. 

They are supported by befriended directors and stage managers with whom they have been able to work successfully in recent years.
