Whether it's a conference, concert, company party or virtual event - the event direction is the heart of every successful event show. It takes care of the comprehensive planning and coordination of all show elements. By creating a detailed director's plan, synchronizing light, sound, image and stage actions as well as communicating with everyone involved, the event direction ensures that everything runs at the right time. During the event, the production management, often together with the stage management , continuously monitors progress and intervenes if necessary to correct deviations.
