Data is the basis for us to provide an excellent service. However, our most important asset is the trust of our customers. Protecting customer data and only using it in the way our customers expect us to is our top priority. Therefore, compliance with the legal provisions on data protection (GDPR, BDSG new and other applicable legislation) is a matter of course for us. It is also important to us that the data subjects know at all times when we store which data and how we use it.

The use of the Internet pages of the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG is generally possible without providing any personal data. If we process personal data when you use our website or if we use contracted service providers for individual functions, offers or services on our website that relate to data processing or if we wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes, in particular which data is processed. We will also state the intended storage period or, in any case, the specified criteria for the storage period and the relevant legal basis for the respective processing.

As the controller, the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG, as the controller, has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transmit personal data to us by alternative means, for example by telephone.

4. collection of personal data via the website

In principle, no personal data is actively collected on the pages of M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG does not actively collect any personal data. The only exception is the contact form. You can use this to send us your request directly via the homepage. The data subjects can contact M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG by telephone, e-mail or letter using their contact details. The personal data that you send us by e-mail (e.g. your name and address or e-mail address) is automatically stored in our systems and processed only for correspondence or possible contract initiation or processing with you and only for the purpose for which the data was provided. At no time will the transmitted data be passed on to third parties unless there is a need to do so in order to fulfill an order. In this case, contractual agreements exist with partners in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

In addition, M.Regie GmbH & Co. will use this data for occasional offers to data subjects in order to inform them about new products or services and other services that may be of interest to them. Of course, you can object to this use at any time.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) of the GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in answering your request.

We will delete the data collected in this context after your inquiry has been dealt with or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations

Data transmission over the Internet, e.g. when communicating by email, may be subject to security vulnerabilities; complete protection against access by third parties is therefore not possible.

The website operator or site provider collects data about access to the site and stores it in log files. The following data is logged:

The data collected is only used for statistical analysis and to improve the website.

As a rule, M.Regie GmbH & Co. is not able and does not intend to use personal data. This data is only collected for data security purposes and to optimize the website. There is no other evaluation of the data, except for statistical purposes and then generally in anonymized form. No personal surfing profiles or similar are created or processed.The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the aforementioned purposes for data collection.

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. Storage of this data

together with other personal data of the user does not take place.

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no option to object.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

If you apply for a position at M.Regie GmbH & Co. via the e-mail address provided on this website, the personal data you voluntarily submit will be used exclusively for the purpose of filling the advertised position and for reviewing and processing your application submitted in this context. After completion of the application process with regard to the specific advertised position, this data will be blocked for further use and deleted after any statutory retention obligations have expired. - this is legally permissible and in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S.1 lit. b GDPR for the processing of

contractual relationships with you.

10. Routine erasure and blocking of personal data

The controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage

or if this has been provided for by the European legislator or another legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject.

If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data is routinely blocked or erased in accordance with the statutory provisions.

11 Rights of the data subject

a) Right to confirmation

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller the confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed.If a data subject wishes to avail himself of this right of confirmation, he or she may, at any time, contact any employee of the controller.b) Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)Any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European legislator of directives and regulations to obtain, at any time and free of charge, information from the controller about the personal data stored about him or her and a copy of that information. Furthermore, the European legislator has granted the data subject access to the following information- the purposes of the processing- the categories of personal data being processed- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have beenrecipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in

third countries or international organizations

- the purposes of processing

- the categories of personal data that are processed

Furthermore, the data subject has a right to information as to whether personal data has been transferred to a third country or to an international organization. If this is the case, the data subject also has the right to obtain information about the appropriate safeguards in connection with the transfer.

If a data subject wishes to avail himself of this right of access, he or she may, at any time, contact any employee of the controller.

c) Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) Any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European legislator of directives and regulations to demand the immediate correction of incorrect personal data concerning them. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.If a data subject wishes to exercise this right to rectification, he or she may, at any time, contact any employee of the controller.d) Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) (Art. 17 GDPR) 

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies, as long as the processing is not necessary:

The personal data have been collected or otherwise processed for such purposes for which they are no longer necessary.

The data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based according to point (a) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, or point (a) of Article 9(2) of the GDPR, and where there is no other legal ground for the processing.

The data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (2) GDPR. The personal data has been processed unlawfully.

The personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject.The personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) GDPR. 

If one of the aforementioned reasons applies, and a data subject wishes to request the erasure of personal data stored by the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG, he or she may, at any time, contact any employee of the controller. The employee of the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG shall promptly ensure that the erasure request is complied with immediately. If the personal data have been made public by the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG has made the personal data public and our company, as the controller, is obliged pursuant to Article 17(1) of the GDPR to erase the personal data, the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG shall take reasonable steps, including technical measures, taking into account the available technology and the cost of implementation, to inform other controllers processing the personal data that the data subject has requested the erasure by such controllers of any links to, or copy or replication of, those personal data, as far as processing is not required. An employees of the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG will arrange the necessary measures in individual cases.

The right to erasure does not exist if the processing is necessary

- for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information;

- for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller

which has been delegated to the controller; - for reasons of public interest in the area of public health pursuant to Art. 9

para. 2 lit. h and i and Art. 9 para. 3 GDPR;

- for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes

research purposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to Art. 89 para. 1 GDPR, insofar as the right referred to in section a) is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of the objectives of that processing, or

- for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

Any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies

- The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.

- The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead.- The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.- The data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.If one of the aforementioned conditions is met, and a data subject wishes to request the restriction of the processing of personal data stored by the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG, he or she may, at any time, contact any employee of the controller. The employee of the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG will arrange the restriction of the processing.

f) Right to information (Art. 19 GDPR) 

If you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against the controller, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.

You have the right to be informed of these recipients by the controller.g) Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)Any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European legislator of directives and regulations to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. He or she also has the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where the processing is based on consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR or point (a) of Article 9(2) of the GDPR or on a contract pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR and the processing is carried out by automated means, 

unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

Furthermore, in exercising his or her right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 (1) GDPR, the data subject shall have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible and when doing so does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. In order to assert the right to data portability, the data subject may at any time contact any employee of the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG at any time.

h) Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time, to processing of personal data concerning him or her, which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions.

The M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG shall no longer process the personal data in the event of the objection, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. If the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG processes personal data for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing. This also applies to profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If the data subject objects to the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG will no longer process the personal data for these purposes.

In addition, the data subject has the right, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to object to processing of personal data concerning him or her by the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to Article 89(1) of the GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.

In order to exercise the right to object, the data subject may contact any employee of the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG or another employee. The data subject is also free, in the context of the use of information society services, and notwithstanding Directive 2002/58/EC, to exercise his or her right to object by automated means using technical specifications.

i) Automated decisions in individual cases including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR)

Any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her, if the decision (1) is not necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between the data subject and the controller, 

or (2) is authorized by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the data subject's rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, or (3) is based on the data subject's explicit consent.

If the decision (1) is necessary for entering into, or the performance of, a contract between the data subject and a data controller, or (2) it is based on the data subject's explicit consent, the M.Regie GmbH & Co. KG shall implement suitable measures to safeguard the data subject's rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, at least the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the controller, to express his or her point of view and contest the decision.

If the data subject wishes to exercise the rights concerning automated individual decision-making, he or she may, at any time, contact any employee of the controller.

j) Right to withdraw consent under data protection law

Any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European legislator of directives and regulations to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

If the data subject wishes to exercise the right to withdraw the consent, he or she may, at any time, contact any employee of the controller.

k) Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her is unlawful.

12. duration for which the personal data is stored

The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. Once this period has expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required to fulfill or initiate a contract.
