30 Years of Hamburger Bahnhof – A Night in Berlin
To mark the 30th anniversary of the Nationalgalerie im Hamburger Bahnhof, we managed the stage production for a gala that united international high culture and technical precision.
The challenge lay in the precise coordination of world-renowned artists such as Cate Blanchett, Alice Sarah Ott, and Ellen Allien, as well as the rapid stage changes required for a joint medley by the Berlin Philharmonic and the Staatskapelle Berlin. In addition, our team handled the briefing and choreography for 60 extras participating in the live performance piece by artists Elmgreen & Dragset.
DWS Investment-konferenz 2026
The closing ceremony for the final of the European Championships 2024 in Germany took place at Berlin's Olympic Stadium. We supported the production as stage manager, site coordinator, and tifo manager.
We worked with the best production stage managers in the world and collected unique impressions of this special stadium production.
Our main area of work was the coordination and movement of the more than 350 stage participants - including 150 dancers, as can be seen in the picture.
Telekom Unilimted internAl ProduCt-Launch
At the internal kickoff event for the launch of Unlimited, Deutsche Telekom's new product, we took over the staging, direction, scheduling, musical accompaniment, and complete content production of the 45-minute show.
The production was created in the context of an ongoing campaign environment – with fixed branding specifications and a high level of dynamism. Our goal: a show that is emotional, surprising, and consistently fast-paced.

Since 2018, we have been responsible for every single stage as directors and stage managers, overseeing production planning from an operational perspective, and welcoming speakers such as George Clooney, Angela Merkel, and Julian Nagelsmann to the stage.
DWS IK 2025
In February 2025, the Alte Oper Frankfurt became the stage for the DWS Investment Conference 25 – an exclusive industry event with around 2,400 guests and a simultaneous anniversary: 25 years of the DWS Conference.
For this flagship event, we took over the complete directing services for the third time in a row – from stage management and image direction to camera teams, content management and live content support on site.
Special program items such as the musical opening with a ten-piece orchestra and the high-profile panel discussion ran smoothly.
A project with ambition, timing and teamwork – all in the spirit of a strong anniversary.

The Effie Awards Germany honor the most effective brand communication in the country every year – and have long been a fixture in the industry.
For several years, M REGIE has been responsible for the conceptual development and direction of the award show. From the dramatic content to the precise scheduling on and offstage – we accompany the Effies as a reliable partner in the implementation.

b2b customer workshop
In September, a special location directly on Lake Tegernsee became the venue for the BMW Group’s B2B Customer Workshop.
M REGIE not only took over the on-site direction, but was also involved in the conceptual development of the evening. The focus: an impressive presentation – featuring vehicles that were partly familiar, partly still strictly confidential.

fraport management conference
At none other than Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport, Fraport’s 2026 management conference took place. Amidst security checkpoints, duty-free shops, and gate areas, we supported our client with show direction and stage management.
Together with the Fraport Executive Board, we guided through the day, capped off by the BITOU team challenge as the grand finale of a day entirely dedicated to alignment, networking, and leadership culture.
Henkel agm
We have been serving Henkel as a customer for more than 15 years - and for several years we have been serving the AGM of Henkel AG.
As directors, we ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all AGM standards are adhered to. We also develop scenarios and respond to potential problems during the AGM. We are always available to Henkel and the board of directors as a competent partner and coach in the background.
siemens healthineers
In October 2024, the Bella Center in Copenhagen hosted a major Siemens Healthineers event. We took over the direction for two business lines and were responsible for the scheduling and content support of the respective show formats.
In close coordination with the project teams, two individual productions were created, which were precisely tailored to the respective target groups in terms of both content and technology.
